Annealing is an heat treatment process to reduce hardness and increase ductility of the material. Vacuum annealing is produced for materials to reach a clean surface without oxidation.

Many steel qualities can be vacuum annealed to reach the brittle surface.

  •  We can also treat oil-hardening steel grades in the vacuum furnaces due to this high cooling rate.
  •  The process is monitored 24 hours a day to ensure quality.

  •  Max weight: 2000KG.
